Smokie Brannaman donates to the WSHCEF Scholarship Fund

Smokie Brannaman of Horseman's Services Limited LLC has given his second donation. Smokie has a book, "Whisper This," and donates a portion of the proceeds to further the education of people in Wisconsin by partnering with the Equine Foundation.
